Joel Clement Kidd, 65, of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away, Thursday, June 13, 2013 in Salt Lake City.  He was born December 24, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah the son of Earl Clement Kidd and Bettie Naomi Coffin Kidd. He graduated from East High School where he played football. He continued his education and love for football at Mesa Junior College. He served an LDS Mission in Los Angeles, California. He also attended Utah State University. He worked for Fed Ex in San Jose, California. Retiring early, he return to Utah to care for his mother after his father passed away. Joel was a warm, kind, generous, tender-hearted soul. He was loved by all. He was preceded in death by his father, and brother, Erle Wynn Kidd. He is survived by his mother, Bettie Kidd.
