Herr Zarr was one of my favorite teachers. He gave me a real appreciation of the German language and my heritage. I found this picture in an old East High yearbook.
Herr Zarr...I say his name with love and respect. When I travel, I use words and dialogue that, in memory ,lead me to Barbara Worthen at Clayton and Herr Zarr at East.
