Inez Brandenburg Harig was born May 15, 1915 in Georgia and died February 6, 1976 at age 60 in Florida. Mrs. Harig was raised and educated in Kentucky. She received her teacher's degree from Eastern Kentucky University. In December 1943 she married Leonard Downing Harig in New Orleans.

In the late 1940's to early 1960's Mr. and Mrs. Harig lived in Paducah, Kentucky while Mr. Harig worked for Gulf Oil Company. In the 1960's the Harig's moved to Salt Lake City, where Mr. Harig was an inspector for the Tooele Army Depot and Mrs. Harris taught at East High School in the Business Department specializing in Transcription, They resided at 1070 E 300 S.

Mrs. Harig died in Dunedin, Pinellas County Florida and is buried in Hopkinsville,

Kentucky at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.
